Siskel and Albert
He used the cop's gun as the murder weapon then he switched it. Figured it out right away then I was absolutely bored for the next 100 minutes. The music is overdramatic and no one seems to turn on the lights anywhere. Even though you know where everything is in your apt down to the quarter on the floor next to the Jordans you just bought; you still turn on the lights in your kit when you walk in the door.
I swear I just might be the worst person to go watch a movie with, next to the cell phone user or the old guy who brings in homeade snacks in a paper bag and eats the whole time. Schrunch Schrunch Schrunch. Of course we hear you the whole time asshole. So that's another one down in the last five. "The Namesake" was actually pretty good. My client's good friend made the film and told me to watch it. Kinda hit hard, close to home and was even filmed partially in the neighborhood I live in as well as the town I grew up in. But don't go watch it just cuz. I don't give a what.

The Dopest Motel I've ever stayed in.
You know all the sketchy ass spot you stay when you just don't feel like driving any more, The Willow in Whitman, Ma (ask D-Mac fer real) and a tumble weed filled lot on the side of Historic Route 66 in Southwestern Missouri come to mind.
While trying to hustle some wetsuit biz in Strong Island I hooked a room in The Atlantic Motle in Southampton (off-season you know how we roll). Free chips and water, down comforter and pillows and no wierd stains on the matress, yes I check.

Scorpion Tequila? Sign me up...
after a long day of pushing around slush piles and navigating the numerous puddles at Northstar, we shot on over to one of the most legit mexican joints in the North Tahoe area... Casa Baeza over on Bridge Street in downtown Truckee... Noted for its pitchers of margaritas that have been known to slay even the most abitious drinker, I was definitely stoked to see what this scene was all about...
tasty...
our friendly drink slinger hyped this place up even more, by saying they housed 125 of 835 known varieties of tequila... however the one he boasted the most about had a delicious little treat chilling inside.....
straight up one of the last things I would have expected to see at the bottom of a bottle... and to think I was sitting next to a clique of dudes who all claim to have ate one of these (verified by the barkeep).... gnarly.

Mormon Country !
I was invited by Danchak and Volcom to go on a Outerwear Developmental meeting at Snowbird this past week. I got to meet and chill with some of the best guys ever such as Jaimie Lynn, Iguchi, Erik Leines etc... we got there and there was very little snow, but then a couple days later we got blessed with about 18" of new overnight.. here is some pics.
This was the scene at Logan Airport...delays...delays...Danchak got at it pretty hard " they just go down way too easy!"
Upon arrival we realized how bare this MF was.
They built a fuckin 1.4million dollar tunnel to take you to the back side of the mtn.. Dutch loved it!
2 Hard east coast Duns ready to sesh the wall ride!
Our final day on the hill, 18" plus on baldy, nice, except for the rocks below that ruined a lot of boards, ask danchak and Billy Anderson!
peace yall!
